All prices does not include tax. The above prices are correct at the time of going into print.

Water resistant watches must be re-sealed when opened for servicing to maintain the water resistance. Please ask for this service if required, as this work is not standard.

For more complex designs utilising different materials there may be additional charges, in which case we will write to inform you prior to proceeding.

Returns Procedure:

1. Ensure all items are individually packed. Send all items in a padded envelope to avoid damage during transit

2. Make sure items are sent with paperwork describing the watch style, what service is required,and whether items are stock or customer owned.

3. Please indicate whether each item is returned under guarantee or as a chargeable repair.

4. Send the guarantee and sales receipt with all customer items as without these charges may be incurred. All guarantees and sales receipts will be returned with the items after service.

5. Provide any needed reference numbers.

6. Please keep a record of the descriptions of the conditions of the watch before returning to us.

7. Repairs will take anywhere from 10-45 days depending on the availability of parts.
