RETURNS+PROCEDURE


Holiday Returns and Exchange Policy

We will be altering our return/exchange policy for the holidays to benefit those early holiday shoppers! Any orders placed between November 1st and December 24th can be returned by December 31st for a full refund. We will accept exchanges on holiday merchandise until January 25th, 2010.

 Any returns/exchanges will only be granted on new and unused merchandise.
Free shipping is available for standard shipping only. Weekend delivery cannot be requested.

 

 To obtain service for your STORM the item to us with the guarantee/sales receipt (if you have this) and a covering letter with your full address and day time contact number, explaining the faults and what service you require.

We require the Guarantee/Sales Receipt to be sent in with the item, if it is within the one year Guarantee period, and you are claiming free of charge service under manufacturing defect. If the item is over one year old, or if the service is not covered under the Guarantee, i.e. it is a chargeable service, then we DO NOT require either the Guarantee or sales receipt to be sent in.

Please send a check or money order with the item for $8 which is for postage/packing and insurance, made payable to STORM USA. This amount is required so that we may return your serviced item to you by Recorded/Special Delivery post which is insured. This amount is in addition to any repair/ service charges. Please see Service Price List for repair charges.

Please ensure the item is well packaged in bubble wrap and sent in a padded/secure envelope. We advise you to send it registered/Special Delivery post so that it is insured against damage / loss.

Once we receive your item we will process it and advise you if there are any problems or further charges, you should allow up to 30 days for this service.
